It’s that time of year - time for the REPA NH Business Meeting.  All Members are highly encouraged to attend and participate.   The Board will review the State of the Organization, and Board Election nominations. Full Members are encouraged to join the candidate list, which will be voted on in February. Just give a brief explanation of your interest in joining the REPA Board.  There will also be an opportunity for Associate Members to apply to become Full Members (Board to review and if pass, vetted by others in Feb), Member feedback on 2016, progress for 2017, and a discussion of potential changes to Membership, By-Laws, Strategic Alliances and more. In addition, Bob Irving of RH Irving Home Builders will provide an update on Net Zero Energy Homes in NH. Bob will share lessons learned from within this industry, and provide examples of Net Zero Energy Homes process. He'll explore what works and doesn’t work, financial implication of different construction techniques and end results.  Bob will discuss the NH market for Net Zero Energy homes and what home buyers are looking for.  There will be time for open discussion and attending HERS Raters are encouraged to participate.  Bob Irving has been specializing in green building since 1972, attend numerous educational conferences and has won a number of awards.  This will precede the Business Meeting.Meeting Agenda to include:·         business meeting·         state of the organization·         Financials·         board elections nominations·         new board members needed·         changes to membership requirements (changes to by-laws required)·         strategic alliances·         member feedback on 2017 trainings, etc·         beyond BPI training and auditing·         direction of the organization
